Originally from South Africa, Lisa has called the U.K. home since 2015. With a background in client-facing roles, she has always valued building relationships and creating positive experiences for others. In 2019, she chose to bring together her love of people and her passion for exceptional food, founding Bloon & Co.

What began as a small pop-up café in a nearby village — later closing during the Covid-19 pandemic — has since evolved organically into the established and trusted Bloon & Co. of today.

Lisa’s commitment to quality and genuine care for her clients is at the heart of the business. She takes great pride in creating elegant cakes and refined catering that bring enjoyment and lasting memories to every celebration.

The name Bloon & Co. is a personal one — inspired by “Bloon,” a childhood nickname given to her by her father, adding a meaningful touch to the brand..
