Born in South Africa, Lisa has been living in the U.K. since 2015. She has always worked in client-facing jobs, as she loves to deal with people. In 2019 she decided to combine her passion for people with her passion for food. 

What started out as a pop-up café in a nearby village (and closed due to Covid 19) has evolved organically over the past few years into the Bloon & Co. of today.

Lisa's love of food and people are obvious to all. Nothing makes her happier than the joy her cakes and catering  bring to her clients.

The name Bloon & Co. stems from the nickname, Bloon,  given to her by her father when she was a child.
