Do You Deliver?:Collect for free or we’ll deliver for £10.00 (pre-arranged) within a 7-mile radius of Bloon & Co. (Gaydon, Warwickshire). Collections and delivery times are prearranged.

The onus is on the customer to divulge any allergies or dietary requirements and should be made clear when ordering.

Terms & Conditions

1. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable.

2. We must receive the balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

3. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred if ingredients have been specially bought in, or the cake has been made already. These charges will be at the discretion of Bloon & Co. and will only be applicable where necessary.

4. Delivery and setup depends on the location of the venue and will be stipulated in the final price.

5. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 23 degrees Celsius or below.

6. Flowers provided by an outside source - we will place them for an additional fee. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

7. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.

8. On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

9. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

10. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.

11. All cakes are made to order and therefore we cannot accept returns. Refunds will only be given if you receive the incorrect product or if the quality of the product is unsatisfactory. If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

12. Should a delivery time be agreed upon, the onus is on the customer to ensure someone is available to take collection of the cake at the specified time and date. If no one is available at time of delivery, the cake shall be returned to Bloon & Co.’s premises and a time for collection will be arranged.
