1. About Us

Bloon & Co. is a registered home-based cake and catering business based in Gaydon, Warwickshire, UK.

By placing an order or making an enquiry, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Enquiries

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Quotes are valid for [7] days unless otherwise stated.

An order is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

3. Pricing

All prices are provided on a bespoke basis depending on design, size, and requirements.

“Starting from” prices may be displayed as a guide only.

Bloon & Co. reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

4. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking

  • The remaining balance is due no later than [7–14 days] before collection/delivery

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your order.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made within [7 days] of the event may not be eligible for a refund

  • Any refunds are issued at the discretion of Bloon & Co.

In the unlikely event that Bloon & Co. must cancel your order, a full refund will be provided.

6. Design & Product Disclaimer

All products are handmade and bespoke.

While every effort is made to match design requests, slight variations may occur.

Colours, finishes, and decorative elements may differ slightly due to the nature of handcrafted products.

7. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including:

  • Gluten

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Nuts

While care is taken, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

8. Storage & Consumption

  • Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place

  • Refrigeration may be required depending on the product

  • Detailed care instructions will be provided where necessary

Bloon & Co. is not responsible for damage once the product has been collected or delivered.

9. Collection & Delivery

Collection and delivery details will be agreed at the time of booking.

  • Delivery charges may apply

  • Once delivered or collected, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer

Bloon & Co. is not liable for any damage occurring after this point.

10. Use of Images

Bloon & Co. reserves the right to photograph products and use images for:

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Marketing purposes

If you would prefer your order not to be shared, please inform us in writing.

11. Website Use

All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Bloon & Co. and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

12. Liability

Bloon & Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Damage caused after collection/delivery

  • Failure to disclose allergen information

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
